FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Can I paint the doors on my own?

Although steel residential and commercial garage doors can be painted with any high quality exterior latex paint, cosmetic warranty may be voided immediately.

I want custom layout of windows instead of commonly seen styles. Is it possible?

At TOHO we love to see some creativity! Try our door designer feature to see endless options of window positions.

What does TOHO mean?

When we first started we came up with TOHO for Toronto Homes, but we are glad that we were able to expand our vendor channels further out of the beautiful city!

What is your lead time?

Majority of our standard 8'x7' and 16'x7' garage doors are in stock ready to ship. In rare case where we do not have inventories, we will be able to fulfill 1 week lead time at most.

What is your R-Value?

All TOHO Garage Doors are 2" thick, polyurethane injected. This results up to an R‑16.5 insulation level. Our HFO Based Polyurethane does wonders in insulating and weatherproofing Canadian homes from harsh winters.
